About Me
I qualified as a person centred Counsellor in 2008 (BA Hons) graduating from Greenwich University. Followed by a Post Graduate certificate in Childhood Bereavement in 2010. I have been accredited for 10 years.
I have been working full time as a Counsellor for 15 years. I have experience in a variety of settings which include Hospice Care, the NHS in oncology and as the Senior Counsellor and Supervisor in a university setting as well as Private Practice.
I have extensive experience working with a wide age range of clients with different issues from palliative care, chronic long-term illness, bereavement and relationship difficulties.
I am happy to work both long and short term and either face to face at my private practice in Hampshire, or online, adjusting the therapy to meet the individual needs of my clients.
Fees
Ideally therapy should be weekly in order to be effective for the client. After initial weekly sessions this can be reviewed if appropriate. I am always happy to discuss.
Counselling fees £60 per 50 minute session
Supervision £85 per monthly 90 minute session.
